Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of the order’s delivery date for a refund or an exchange.

In this case, the customer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. Also, for shipments in Greece the customer could send the product back via Geniki Taxidromiki and the cost of 6.00€ will be deducted for the refund. (In case the customer chooses to send by Post, the company declares that it cannot pick up the product).

The customer has to inform the company by mail at [email protected] including the order number or by telephone at +30 210 3605735 (Monday - Friday 10.00 - 17.00) within the above deadline.

Returns will be accepted after the necessary inspection. The products must be in excellent condition, exactly as received, without any damage to the packaging and without removing their special markings (badges / barcodes). Also, the customer should include a copy of the sales receipt.

Once the company has received the product, it will immediately process the customer's request, who will be informed by mail. After we receive and inspect products, money refunds will be completed within (15) working days in the same way as the purchase. Please, send full account details (name, IBAN ) in the case of cash on delivery or bank transfer.

In case that the reason for the return of the products relates to a company error, the cost of returning the product is free of charge, provided that the return will be made with the courier's company.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product, must place a new order adding a note informing us that  the order concerns a product exchange or you can inform us by mail at [email protected] or by phone at + 30 210 3605735 (Monday - Friday 10 am - 5 pm) within the above deadline.

Alternatively, you can visit one of our stores with the product to be changed / returned and the receipt or invoice.

VARIOUS

Force majeure


If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes etc.)  is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time, the customer will be informed via e-mail to indicate whether he wishes, under these circumstances, to checkout. The online store www.perlapura.gr does not bear any responsibility for any situation outside its own fault and will make it humanly possible to better serve the customer.

Product omission


If the customer receives his order and finds that any (or some) product is missing from the total order, please contact us immediately in order to arrange all the details required and send the omitted products, without extra charge.

Delay received


If the ordered goods have not received (and if an unjustifiably long period of time has elapsed since the order entry), customers are kindly asked to contact a representative of perlapura.gr. For better service, we advise that you mention the special order code sent to the email address that they stated when ordering them.

Modification of  the terms


The online store perlapura.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. PERLAPURA undertakes to update this text for any change or addition to the terms. The use of this web site and the services provided to it requires and confirms the user's acceptance of the pre-existing terms as they apply with the above-mentioned modifications, interventions and deletions by the Company.
