The online shop perlapura.gr gives you the opportunity to return your order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the shipment date and receive a refund.

In this case, the customer is charged only with the direct cost of returning the products. (In case the customer chooses to send by Post, the company declares that it cannot pick up the product)

The customer is obliged to return the products and their packaging in excellent condition and accompanied by their documents, in order to be accepted.
